For our sandwiches we chose a naturally leavened bread for 20 hours, without added fat, cooked in stone oven and made with mother yeast. Not only sandwiches but also piadinas and toasts. You can enjoy our sandwiches either comfortably seated at the Lake front tables or choose the take-away option.
